1. Order Acceptance and Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Confirmation of your order will be sent upon receipt.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices include applicable taxes and are payable at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as specified.

3. Delivery and Timing

Delivery times are approximate. We will do our best to deliver on the agreed date, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Any modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery. Additional charges may apply for changes.

5. Substitutions

In the event of unavailability of specified flowers or items, similar substitutes of equal value and quality will be used, and you agree to accept these substitutions.

6. Personalization and Special Requests

Custom requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse requests inappropriate or unsuitable for the arrangement.

7. Property Damage and Liability

While we take care in handling arrangements, we are not responsible for damage or loss after delivery, or for arrangements left unattended.

8. Refunds and Complaints

Please review your order upon receipt. Claims for damages or incorrect arrangements must be reported within 4 hours, and we will handle disputes in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and branding remain the property of JEK Blooms & Creative Designs and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, DC.
