If you are dissatisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with your order details and photos if possible. Refunds will be issued only if the arrangement is significantly different from your order or arrives in poor condition due to delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Custom or personalized orders are not refundable unless there was an error on our part. Please note that once an arrangement has been used or has been subject to damage or neglect, a refund may not be available.”
